I have a master's degree in kinesiology with a concentration in sport psychology and also a bachelor's degree in psychology. I have been teaching both lecture and physical fitness classes for over 4 years in various subjects at the college undergraduate level. I work with student-athletes on mental skills training and assistant coach a high school girl's varsity soccer team. I try to make learning fun but informative. Learning in an enjoyable manner helps the individual's desire to learn and also increases their learning capacity. I'm a fun and out-going individual and try to reflect that personality in my teaching ability.
